Everything you need to know who's in

From a QR code on the wall to geofencing that proves they were there — small tools, one job each.

Included in all plans

QR code check-in

Put one QR code up where staff come in. They scan it in the DailyBrew app — free on iOS and Android, nothing to buy. On Espresso the phone camera works too, with no app to install.

Your staff list

Add people, put them on a shift, look back at their hours. Everyone who's left stays on file, on the same screen.

Shifts

Morning, evening, or whatever your week looks like — you set the start and end times. Anyone who came in late or slipped out early is flagged, with a few minutes' grace you choose.

Closed days

Mark the public holidays, the refit week, the day the fridge died. Nobody counts as absent on a day you were shut.

Today

Who's in, who came in late, who's off, who never showed — one screen for you, and one for your staff showing their own days.

Three languages

English, French and Khmer. Everyone uses it in the language they think in.

Overnight shifts

A shift that runs past midnight stays one night's work, filed under the day it started. The hours still add up.

Espresso plan

Different hours each day

Espresso

Monday 7 to 3, Saturday 9 to 5 — same shift, different hours. Set each day of the week the way it really runs.

Leave requests

Espresso

Staff ask for time off from their phone — paid or unpaid, a whole day or an afternoon. You answer with a note, and the whole history stays put.

Push, email and Telegram

Espresso

A nudge on your phone, an email, or a message in a Telegram chat — leave requests, shift changes, closed days and the end-of-day round-up.

Fixing a day

Espresso

Someone forgot to check out, or the QR code was down all morning. Put the day right — every fix says who changed it and why.

Checking someone else in

Espresso

One person you name can clock a colleague in when they've turned up without a phone. The day records who did it, and they have to be at the shop themselves.

Let one person off a check

Espresso

The area manager is never in the building. Excuse them from one check without opening the door for everyone else.

NFC tap-in

Espresso

Stick an NFC tag by the pass. Staff hold their phone to it instead of opening the camera — the QR code still works either way.

Card check-in

EspressoBeta

A card tapped on a tablet by the door. Staff with no phone and no account — kitchen porters, cleaners, day hires — clock in with no app, no PIN and no fingerprint.
