FAQ
Billing questions
Can I switch plans whenever I like?
Yes — move up or down any time from Shop settings. The change takes effect straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paddle to take payments, so credit cards, debit cards and PayPal all work.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever, with no time limit. If you want to try Espresso, you get a month free with everything Espresso includes.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes — no contract, no lock-in. Cancel Espresso any time and carry on with the Free plan.
How does the BasilBook integration work?
On Espresso or Double Espresso you make an API key in Shop settings. BasilBook uses it to pull hours for anyone who shares a username across both. The API gives back check-in and check-out times, the late and early flags, and shift info for any date range.
